D Chi Kitchens was founded in 2014 by Deven Penn out of his home town of Austin, Texas. While working with children as an elementary school teacher, Deven was constantly challenged by the steady flow of viruses and bacteria that young children inevitably carry. After countless colds, flus, and infections, a fellow teacher shared a recipe that used powerful herbs and vinegar to help strengthen his immune system. Deven was amazed with the results, and after a little tweaking, he began to brew True Blue Tonic out of his home kitchen. Friends and family began to experience the benefits, and after a while, he was getting orders to make more batches. Over the next few years, D Chi Kitchens was formed.  

At D Chi Kitchens, our goal is to help people find a way to naturally strengthen their immune system by using this powerful tonic that has been used for generations. The reason we want to share this with you is because it has worked so well for us!

The ingredients are simple and always fresh. We use onion, garlic, horseradish root, ginger root, turmeric root, habanero peppers, fresh oregano, orange, and lemon. These ingredients are fermented in a combination of unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and unfiltered, unpasteurized kombucha vinegar. The result is a powerful kick to help strengthen your immune system.
